Planned maintenance: Celonis Process Management on CPM-Pro3-EU

Overview

As part of our commitment to deliver a secure and seamless platform experience, we will be conducting planned maintenance on CPM Process Designer application in order to improve platform reliability. We will deploy the new release of the CPM Process Designer 2025.3.

The maintenance will take place on Saturday, December 13, 2025 at 4 pm UTC for about 2 hours.

Impact & action required

During this time, you will experience a downtime if you are using the CPM Process Designer.

Please do not use the System during maintenance. A specific maintenance page will be active at that time as well.

No action is required. All systems will automatically recover once the maintenance is complete, and we expect all services to return to normal operation by Saturday, December 13, 2025 at 6 pm UTC.
