RCA: An internal service to manage DNS configuration behaved unexpectedly, causing the records for EU-2 to be replaced with incorrect values. We immediately corrected the configuration, but due to DNS caching, it took a while for the fix to take effect for all of our customers. We have identified the root cause for the unexpected behavior of the internal service and have adjusted our baseline configuration to prevent this from happening in the future.
