This issue has been resolved and services are fully operational.

Performance of the services in the eu-3 region is returning to baseline. We are continuing to monitor the situation to ensure full stability is restored.

We’ve narrowed down the cause of the performance issues in eu-3, but we’re seeing the effects spread to a broader range of services. Our engineering team is fully focused on resolving this and stabilizing the environment. We know this is disruptive, and we appreciate your patience while we get everything back on track.

We are currently investigating instability affecting Machine-Learning APIs in the eu-3 region. Customers may experience timeouts or an unresponsive ML UI and degraded performance. Our team is actively investigating the root cause and working towards a resolution.
