Overview
To ensure the Celonis platform remains aligned with the latest global performance and security standards, we are conducting maintenance on our underlying cloud infrastructure. Our goal is to enhance the stability of Celonis and Action Flows with as little disruption to your operations as possible.

Potential Impact & Action Required While we expect the majority of services to remain stable, there is a brief interruption of the Celonis platform between 07:00 and 07:15 UTC. Additionally, Action Flows will experience disruptions between 07:00 and 09:00 UTC:

• For UI & Executions, You may encounter temporary difficulty accessing the Action Flows UI or triggering manual executions.
  
• For Webhooks & Triggers, there is a minimal risk that incoming webhook requests (including Skills/Knowledge Model Triggers) could return a temporary error during the expected intermittent interruptions.

Action Required: As a precaution, we recommend reviewing any scheduled executions intended for this window to ensure they completed successfully after the maintenance is finished.
