Overview
To ensure the Celonis Platform continues to meet the latest global performance and security standards, we need to conduct a database version upgrade. While we strive to minimize service disruptions, the nature of this work requires a short service outage.
Impact and action required
There will be a brief service disruption of up to 30 minutes between 07:00 and 08:00 UTC. During this window, Celonis services will temporarily be unavailable.
Please plan ahead for this downtime. No further action is required. All systems will resume automatically once the upgrade is finished..
