Overview

As part of our commitment to deliver a secure and seamless platform experience, we will be conducting planned maintenance on CPM Process Designer application in order to increase platform stability. We will deploy a hotfix for the incident we recently notified you about on the Celonis status page.

The maintenance will take place on Saturday, November 8, 2025 at 1 pm UTC for 2 hours.

Impact & action required

During this time, you will experience a downtime if you are using the CPM Process Designer hosted in Japan or US or have recently been deployed with the Designer Version 2025.3.

Please do not use the System during maintenance. A specific maintenance page will be active at that time as well.

This will impact CPM users of the role admin and some editors.

No action is required. All systems will automatically recover once the maintenance is complete, and we expect all services to return to normal operation by Saturday, November 8, 2025 at 3 pm UTC.
