[US-2] Platform Performance degradation

Emergency Maintenance – US-2 We will be performing an emergency maintenance on the US-2 environment beginning at 12:30am UTC (August 4, 2026) as a mitigation step for the database performance issue. A brief service interruption of up to 30 minutes is expected. We will provide an update once maintenance is complete.
Restorative actions are being undertaken and our teams are actively working to restore the service.
