MLWB IPs change on au-1, ca-1, and eu-5

Overview

As part of our commitment to deliver a secure and seamless platform experience, we will soon be conducting planned maintenance on Machine Learning Work Bench (MLWB) to increase platform stability.

This maintenance includes an upcoming change to the MLWB IP address used within the AU-1, CA-1 and EU-1 realms and action is required for those that have previously whitelisted IP addresses from Celonis. MLWB IPs are not publicly shared in our documentation and only provided on a need-by-need basis.

Impact & action required before January 9th, 2026 5PM UTC

If you have received MLWB IPs from Celonis in the past and whitelisted these IP address from Celonis, please take the following actions:

• Reach out to our Support Team to receive the new IPs.
  
• Update your firewall rules before January 9th, 2026 to avoid connectivity issues with MLWB.
  
• Notify your Network Security team to take appropriate action and ensure a smooth transition.

If the MLWB IPs were not whitelisted previously, no action is needed.

During the migration on January 9th, 2026 (5PM UTC), the service will be fully available and no further action beyond that outlined above is required.
