Planned maintenance: Celonis Process Management on CPM-Cloud1, CPM-Std1
Overview
As part of our commitment to deliver a secure and seamless platform experience, we will be deploying the latest release of CPM Process Designer application in order to improve platform reliability. This is being done as part of the regular release cadence.
The maintenance will take place on Wednesday, February 18, 2026 at 17:00 UTC for a maximum of 2 hours.
Impact & action required
During this time, you will experience downtime if you are using the CPM Process Designer hosted in Europe.
No action is required. All systems will automatically recover once the maintenance is complete by February 18, 2026 at 19:00 UTC.
