This is reminder of the upcoming maintenance next September 7th, 2024.

During the maintenance, the platform will be available however Data Model loads and Data Jobs will fail temporarily. This might lead to new data not being loaded to your existing tables and analyses. Additionally, modules that rely on Celonis queries (directly or indirectly) will be impacted, which include the Data Query Data Model, Get Rows and Create PDF report modules for both Skills and Actions Flows.

After the maintenance is completed the failed Data Model Loads and Data Jobs will re-run automatically in the next scheduled execution. No action will be required from your side.
