We are pleased to announce that the underlying issue caused by the faulty release has been fixed, and all services have been restored to normal operational capacity.
We have a positive update regarding our ongoing efforts to correct the issues introduced by the recent release. We want to inform that partial service restoration were achieved for a significant segment of our customer base, using our corrective measures. These customers should now be experiencing stable, normal operational performance. We are aware that a limited number of customers are still experiencing residual issues or degradation.
Our team is currently concentrating all efforts on finalizing the restoration for these remaining affected systems.
Following our initial report, we have confirmed that the root cause of the current service degradation is indeed a faulty code deployment from our recent release. Our engineering team is actively engaged and is working on isolating the root cause and implementing a fix.
We understand the frustration this may cause and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We are treating this with the highest priority.
