As part of our commitment to deliver a secure and seamless platform experience, we will be conducting expedited maintenance on CPM Process Designer application in order to improve platform reliability. This is being done to address recent stability issues.
The maintenance will take place on Tuesday, January 20, 2026 at 18:00 UTC for a maximum of 2 hours.
Impact & action required
During this time, you will experience downtime if you are using the CPM Process Designer hosted in West Europe.
No action is required. All systems will automatically recover once the maintenance is complete by Tuesday, January 20, 2026 at 20:00 UTC.
