Planned maintenance : CPM Webapp Designer in the EU

Overview

As part of our commitment to deliver a secure and seamless platform experience, we will be conducting planned maintenance on CPM Webapp Designer in order to increase platform stability.

This maintenance will take place on Wednesday, August 5th from 16:00 to 17:00 UTC and deploy CPM 2026.2.5

Impact & action required

During this time, the CPM Webapp Designer will experience full service disruption. Within this window Designer functionality will not be available.

This will impact all users of CPM Webapp Designer. No action is required. During the scheduled window there will be approximately 10 minutes of downtime. All systems will automatically recover once the maintenance is complete, and we expect all services to return to normal operation by 17:00 UTC.
