MLWB IPs change on us-1 and eu-1

Overview

As part of our commitment to deliver a secure and seamless platform experience, we will be conducting planned maintenance on MLWB in order to increase platform stability. We want to inform you about upcoming changes to the Machine Learning Work Bench(MLWB) IP address used within the eu-1 and us-1 realms. MLWB IPs are not publicly shared in our documentation and only provided on a need basis. If you have received MLWB IPs from Celonis team in the past and whitelisted these IPs then you need to take the actions mentioned below.

This maintenance will take place on November 18th 2025 5PM UTC.

Impact & action required

If the MLWB IPs are not whitelisted in the past, there is no action needed.

However if you have received MLWB IPs from Celonis team in the past and whitelisted these IPs, please reach out to our support to receive the new IPs. You must also update your firewall rules before November 18th, 2025 to avoid connectivity issues with MLWB. Your Network Security team should be notified to take appropriate action and ensure a smooth transition.

During the migration on November 18th 2025 (5PM UTC) , the service will be fully available and no action is required from your side during this maintenance timeframe.
