CPM 2025.3 Designer Release Performance HOTFIX deployment on CPM-Cloud1, CPM-Std1 / CPM-US-1 / CPM-JP-1

Overview

As part of our commitment to deliver a secure and seamless platform experience, we will be conducting planned maintenance on CPM Process Designer application in order to optimize general performance.

The maintenance will take place on Saturday, November 15, 2025 at 3 pm UTC for about 2 hours.

Impact & action required

During this time, you will experience a downtime if you are using the CPM Process Designer hosted in Japan or US or have recently been deployed with the Designer Version 2025.3.

Please do not use the System during maintenance. A specific maintenance page will be active at that time as well.

No action is required. All systems will automatically recover once the maintenance is complete, and we expect all services to return to normal operation by Saturday, November 15, 2025 at 5 pm UTC.
