Dear customer, Please be informed that we will be performing maintenance of our Data Pipelines to improve the platform stability. During the maintenance window, the Celonis platform will remain available. However, there are possible data jobs failures during the transformation step.
Within a 30-minute time window the system will stabilize and the failed data jobs will automatically recover with the next scheduled execution. Data jobs can also be restarted manually. If, after 30 minutes after maintenance, you notice issues, especially for the case centric executions, please take the following step: manually restart the affected data job using the "FULL LOAD" mode. This will ensure all your data is refreshed and consistent. If you have any questions or the issue persists, please contact our support team.
