Planned Action Flows maintenance on eu-1
The scheduled maintenance is now underway. We'll keep you updated on our progress.
Dear customer,
Please be informed that we will be performing maintenance to improve the platform stability of Action Flows.
During the first two hours of the maintenance, from 19:00 UTC to 21:00 UTC, applications will restart which will cause interruptions in the execution of action flows. After those 2 hours, the impact will stop but the maintenance will continue on the backend.
Around 09:00 UTC, on Saturday, the impact will be present again (action flow execution interrupted) this time it will continue for the next 8 hrs (09:00 UTC to 17:00 UTC).
Once the maintenance has been completed, all services will resume normal operations, no action is needed from your side.
Celonis recommends not to export audit logs while the maintenance is taking place as it may cause inconsistencies in the results.
