Snap: Event collection issues
We've now resolved the issues in Event Collection. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Currently some Snap teams are experiencing issues in Event Collection. For all Data Pools the Data Jobs can not be started, thus no additional data can be loaded or updated for your EMS team through Event Collection. Other parts of the EMS are not impacted.
We are already working on resolving the issues and apologize for any inconvenience caused.
