The issue causing stuck data job executions and slow data model loads in the US-2 region has been resolved. All affected services are now stable, and data job success rates have returned to normal levels.
Our engineering teams identified resource contention in the processing layer as the root cause. After mitigating the backlog and restoring normal cluster performance, job execution has stabilized across all impacted workspaces.

We are currently investigating an issue affecting some customers in the US-2 region where data job executions are getting stuck and data model loads are taking longer than usual.
