This is just a reminder of the upcoming maintenance planned for next Saturday, March 23rd, 2024.

During the maintenance, the EMS will be available however the query engine will be down, causing Data Model Load and Jobs to fail. This might lead to new data not being loaded to your existing tables, additionally modules that rely on Celonis queries (directly or indirectly) will be impacted, which include the Data Query Data Model, Get Rows and Create PDF report modules for both Skills and Actions Flows.

After the maintenance is completed the failed Data Model Loads and Data Jobs will re-run automatically in the next scheduled execution, no action will be required from your side.
