We have successfully addressed the root cause of the login failures. Authentication for both the Process Designer and Process Navigator is fully stable, and all customers can now log in.
Some users may experience a slightly slower initial response time upon their first login, which will resolve itself immediately after. If you continue to see any persistent errors, please clear your browser cache or reach out to our support team.
We have fixed the core issue and the majority of users are now able to log in successfully. However, we are aware that a small number of customers are still experiencing issues accessing the Process Designer.
Our team is actively investigating these remaining isolated cases to restore full service for everyone.
We are having issues with our auth service. Currently auth users (SSO and generic auth users) are unable to login on the Process Designer and Process Navigator.
