Overview

As part of our commitment to deliver a secure and reliable platform experience, we will be conducting planned infrastructure changes to improve the stability and scalability of our networking platform. We want to inform you about upcoming changes to the Celonis IPs as destination used within the uk-1 realm.

These IPs are used as the destination IP addresses for customers connecting to Celonis services, including Celonis Uplink Extractors and sending data via the Data Push API. If you have configured firewall or network allowlists using the current destination IPs provided by Celonis, you will need to take the actions described below.

This change will take effect on July 28, 2026.

Impact & Action Required

If you have not configured firewall or network allowlists for the Celonis IPs as destination, no action is required.

However, if your organization has allowlisted the current Celonis IPs as destination, your Network Security team must update the allowlists before July 28, 2026 to avoid connectivity issues.

The new destination IP range for the uk-1 realm is:

144.208.122.0/23

To ensure a smooth transition:

Add the new IP range (144.208.122.0/23) to every IP allowlists while retaining the old IP(s) (162.159.140.65,172.66.0.65,172.65.64.56,172.65.64.57) for the uk-1 realm before the transition date (July 28th 2026).

If the new IP range is not allowlisted before the transition date, connections from Celonis Uplink Extractors or requests sent through the Data Push API may be blocked, resulting in connectivity issues.

During the transition, the Celonis platform will remain fully available, and no additional action is required from your users.

If you have any questions or require assistance identifying whether these IPs are currently allowlisted in your environment, please contact our Support team.

Thank you for your cooperation and understanding as we continue to improve the reliability and security of the Celonis platform.

UTC (Coordinated Universal Time) is used by Celonis to communicate maintenance windows consistently across all regions. Please note that UTC does not change for Daylight Saving Time (summer time).
