Overview
To ensure the Celonis platform remains aligned with the latest global performance and security standards, we are conducting a priority maintenance window on our underlying cloud infrastructure.
While we strive to provide more advanced notice for scheduled events, this specific update follows an accelerated timeline in coordination with our infrastructure partners. This ensures that critical stability enhancements are applied to your environment as swiftly as possible to maintain peak operational resilience.

Impact & action required
There will be a brief intermittent service disruptions of up to 30 minutes between 15:20 and 20:00 UTC*. During this window, the following impacts will be experienced across production realms.

• Customers using Celonis’ local language translation functionality will see English text on screens during the maintenance
  
• Users using Celonis’ identity provided will not be able to log in
  
• Third party in-product application store functionality will not be available
  
• Questions to “Ask Celonis” related to deployed data models may fail
• C4C/Project Hub notification emails and invites will be delayed

Please plan ahead for this downtime. No further action is required. All systems will resume automatically once the upgrade is finished.
