As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance the stability and performance of the Celonis Platform, we will be conducting planned maintenance to upgrade our network infrastructure.

This maintenance will take place from 7:00 UTC to 15:00 UTC, and is designed to further improve platform reliability and performance.

Impact & Action Required

During this time, the platform will remain accessible; however, you may experience occasional delays or temporary errors in Data Integration.

No action is required from your side. All systems will automatically recover once the maintenance is complete, and we expect all services to return to normal operation within 9 hours (7:00 UTC to 15:00 UTC) after the window starts.
