No updates for augmentation api working and a partial outage for all PQL queries that contain Augmented Attributes, Tasks, Comments and Notes.
Still no action is needed from our users. All systems will automatically recover as the maintenance is completed. Thank you for your understanding.
The scheduled maintenance is now underway. We'll keep you updated on our progress.
We are upgrading the database infrastructure. The maintenance will affect all systems, including platform access. Log-in issues may be experienced for about 15 minutes. Users won’t be able to Create or Remove Augmented Attributes, Task Tables, Task Types or Comment Tables for the complete duration of the maintenance. No action is needed from our users. All systems will automatically recover as the maintenance is completed. Thank you for your understanding.
