Dear customer,
Please be informed that we will be performing maintenance to improve the overall stability of Action Flows.
During the maintenance, Action Flows UI will not be available, and manually or scheduled executions will not run. As for Action Flows triggered by webhooks, the request will fail with a HTTP status code 500 together with message "Something went wrong while handling the request. Please contact Celonis customer support". Additionally if you are using Skills or Triggers in Knowledge Model to trigger Action Flows via webhooks, you should expect the same behavior.
After the maintenance, executions will continue to run normally but you will need to re-run scheduled executions when ActionFlows is down.
