Data Pipeline planned maintenance on eu-3 and eu-4

Please note this maintenance window has been cancelled, we have found a potential issue and we are working on solving it before proceeding, we will communicate the new maintenance window after the root cause has been identified and fixed.

Dear customers,

Please be informed that we will be performing maintenance work on the Data Pipeline Infrastructure to improve platform resiliency.

During the maintenance window the EMS will be available, however Data Jobs and data ingestion which are scheduled to run during that time will experience delays. The Data Push API may return 503 responses for 20-30 minutes.

There is no action needed from your side - once the maintenance has been completed, the delayed Data Jobs and Data Push Jobs will continue automatically and all services will resume normal operations.
