We have now resolved the incident. All Tasks created between yesterday evening and this morning are displayed again. Thank you for your patience.
Yesterday evening a deployment to the EU-1 and EU-2 realms accidentally overwrote the configuration for Task creation in Studio and Business Views. Afterward, not all Tasks were displayed in the Task list anymore and to users, it looked as if some Tasks were not being created at all. Instead, new Tasks were actually created but were not displayed correctly. The issue was resolved this morning and now all newly created Tasks plus the Tasks created before yesterday evening are displayed again as expected. We are currently working on recovering the Tasks created between yesterday evening and this morning.
